(British Yukon Navigation Company) and Canadian flags. The Casca was built in Whitehorse in 1937, 1,300 tons, by the B.Y.N.Co. The machinery from Casca #2 was salvaged and used to build the #3. It was the plushest tourist boat on the Whitehorse - Dawson run. The last year of operation was 1952. It sat on the bank of the Yukon River at Whitehorse until 1974 when it burned to the ground.
