Inscription recto: Captain Bliss, Duff Patullo (then sec. to gov.), Governor Walsh, F.C. Wade Queen's Council, Jame MacGregor Inspector of Mines, Cap't Norwood Inspector of Mines (Cap't of Whaler's days). First Officers of Y.T. - previous to their appointments, law was in the hands of Miner's Meetings
