The photo is of a small child of about 1.5 years of age wearing a one piece winter jump-suit with mits and a scarf. The child is also holding a thin stick in one hand and the rope from a sleigh in the other. Note the vehicle in the background and the power pole. This photograph seems to have been taken at the north-end of town. See also 1998.35.8.
