Inscription verso: Taken from King St. showing ice-sheathed M & N bar, closed for years, where fire started. There was a most gorgeous Mahogany bar which was saved. Many large oil paintings in there. Once Gordon Brown and I found a 1911 Eaton's catalogue and a 1913 newspaper. Fire Mar. 16th, 1939 - 6p.m..
